About Colleen

Lighten Up! Consulting was formed by Colleen Miller in 2001 to provide coaching for personal and corporate development to individuals, corporations and nonprofits.

Colleen is a Life Coach, Transformational Speaker, and host of the Internet radio program "Lighten Up!" at www.healthylife.net.

She has a degree in psychology and is an Attorney and practiced family law for twelve years. She has run a non-profit, started and sold her own hi- tech seminar company.

Colleen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, trained and certified by the Coaches Training Institute, The Center for Right Relationships, HHW Enterprises and the Landmark Education. She has spent twenty years focused on advanced personal development studies and is an ordained minister and energetic intuitive.

Colleen came to coaching because she loves working with people and organizations that want to make a difference in the world and choose to live life to the fully expressed authentic lives.
